These terms apply to all orders placed through this website, luxhijyen.com, operated by Semin Ayçe Abut, trading as LuxPati by Luxhijyen (Tax No: 9040074580, Fethiye Vergi Dairesi), Çiftlik Mah. 166. Sok. A Blok No:2/C, Fethiye, Muğla 48300, Türkiye. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Products
We supply hospitality disposables, hygiene products, pet care disposables, catering supplies and uniforms to businesses and individual customers across Türkiye. Product descriptions, images and pack sizes are provided in good faith; minor variations in packaging or presentation may occur.
Prices & Payment
All prices shown on this site are in Turkish Lira (₺) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken securely at checkout via our licensed payment provider, iyzico. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example where stock is unavailable, in which case you will be refunded in full.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly and will provide an estimated delivery time at checkout or by email. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by the courier or events outside our control.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Businesses ordering in bulk may be offered wholesale pricing and custom terms on request. Contact us at info@luxhijyen.com for a wholesale quote.
Returns & Cancellations
Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for full details, including the 14-day right of withdrawal and the hygiene-product exceptions that apply under Turkish consumer law.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability which cannot legally be limited or excluded under Turkish law, including liability for defective products. Subject to that, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, including Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Turkish consumer arbitration committees and courts as applicable.
