Refund & Returns Policy
This policy applies to orders placed through LuxPati by Luxhijyen (operated by Semin Ayçe Abut, Fethiye, Türkiye) at this website. It is written to comply with Turkish consumer protection law (Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation).
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@luxhijyen.com or call 0536 842 70 05 within this period.
Exceptions – Hygiene & Disposable Products
In line with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons once their packaging or protective seal has been opened after delivery. This includes toilet paper, napkins, kitchen towels, paper tableware, baby/pet hygiene products and similar disposable hygiene items once unsealed. Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can still be returned within the 14-day period.
Condition of Returned Goods
Eligible items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, complete with all labels and accessories. Bulk/wholesale orders may be subject to a restocking check before a refund is issued.
How to Request a Return
- Email info@luxhijyen.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions.
- Send the item back in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected (or a claim is approved), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Bank/card processing times may add a few extra days before the funds appear in your account.
